Welcome to my New Virtual Office

Hello there! I hope this post finds you and your loved ones happy and healthy!

I am writing to let you know about a change in my therapy/coaching practice. After much deliberation, I have decided to not return to my physical office located in Clarksville and will be staying/moving to 100% online sessions. This change will take effect today (05/15/2020).

*Update: In October of 2020, Jack moved home to Indianapolis, Indiana. They continue to be licensed in the states of Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee and there will be no disruption in services - as all will remain virtual.

This will allow me greater flexibility in scheduling and in meeting the needs of all my clients across my licensure area (Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee). Being 100% online will not change the services that I provide to you. I am still providing all services offered prior including individual therapy/counseling, life coaching, HRT and Surgery referral letters, etc.

I have been providing virtual services for the last couple of years and as our world changes and people become more comfortable and confident with virtual services, it seemed like the right time to make this permanent change to my therapy practice.

And, I have found, that most folks – even if hesitant, at first – end up preferring online therapy/coaching sessions over face-to-face office visits! It allows greater flexibility in scheduling for you, less fuel costs, and just think about gaining back all that time driving to and from appointments! I will now be available to you on your phone, tablet, or computer from the comfort of your couch! (Are you envisioning a session in sweat pants while eating ice cream? Yep, it’s a win-win!)

After this announcement - in the next few days, you will receive this same information in an email as as well as an email with instructions on how to log into your account on my secure client portal. You will already be registered, so you will just need to go straight to the ‘log-in’ button with the provided temporary username/password – which you can change after logging in – and you will be prompted to enter some demographic information as well as to electronically sign a few forms (No more paper! The Earth thanks us!).

What does this account do for me? After creating your account, you will be able to see your scheduled session times, make payment for services, and you will also begin receiving text/email reminders for payment and appointments. There are a few other bells and whistles to access as well, if you desire, such as secure messaging to me, reviewing your forms, see your session/billing history (from the date of account creation), etc.

How will I make payment to you? – After creating your secure account, you will be able to make payments via your portal account. Payment options will remain the same – you will be able to pay with debit, credit, or health savings/flex spending accounts. You will receive a payment reminder a day before your schedule appointment.

How do I schedule appointments? – In the future, you will be able to schedule your own appointments within the portal, BUT…FOR NOW, we will continue to schedule at the end of your session OR you can also email ( OR or call/text me (812-887-5998) to schedule as well.

How do we meet? I have a new Secure, HIPAA compliant platform (for your protection and confidentiality) we will be using for all our virtual sessions. It is easy to use, requires no downloads or software and there is no registration required! (Pretty easy and awesome, right?!). At the bottom of this post is further instructions regarding connecting via virtual platform.

Instructions on how to check-in for your virtual session with Jackson:

1. Use a computer or device with a camera and microphone

- PC and Mac (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

- Android (Chrome)

- iOS (Safari)

2. Enter Jackson’s web address into the browser:

3. Allow your browser to use your webcam and microphone

4. Type in your name and click “Check-in”

- For your confidentiality – is secure and HIPAA compliant.

- For your ease of use – there is no software to download or registration needed!

5. Jackson will initiate your session at your scheduled time

- Make sure you have a good internet connection

- Restarting your device prior to the session can be helpful if you are experiencing problems
